What You Can Expect from Coaching:

Our sessions will be uniquely tailored to your experiences, circumstances, and goals. They may include:

  • Uncovering and shifting paradigms, limiting beliefs, and patterns

  • Meeting and integrating disowned parts of yourself

  • Emotional processing through somatic (body-based) approaches

Between sessions, I offer journal prompts, somatic techniques, and other personalized exercises to deepen your inner work. Committing to this work between sessions is as important as our 1:1 time together.
